We’re a 100% print-on-demand brand, which means every item is made especially for you once your order is placed. This helps us reduce waste and keep our production more sustainable, but it also means your order needs to be printed first before it can ship. It’s important therefore, that if your item is for a special occasion, gift, season, or time of year, then please pre-plan your purchase accordingly in line with the production and shipping expectations.
Production Times
Each product is created to order.
Please allow up to 7 working days for production before your order is dispatched.
Swimwear: As our swimwear is produced by our specialist partner in China, please allow an additional 7 days for manufacturing and delivery.
Delivery Times
Once your order has been produced, delivery usually takes:
- UK & Europe: 5–7 working days
- Rest of World: 7–14 working days
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary based on location, customs processing, or courier delays.
Tracking
When your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available).
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and product type. If your country requires you to pay duty for goods upon entry, then of course Max Fashion cannot be held accountable for the payment of any customs duty costs and these will need to be paid by you, the customer.
Delays & Liability
We do our best to meet the timeframes above, but please note that delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside our control, including courier delays, customs inspections, or supply chain disruptions.
Max Fashion cannot be held liable for late deliveries once an order has left our facility.
